When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Third party website Etsy.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
 
Information I Collect when you place an order through third party website Etsy.com:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of a wedding bouquet you will provide me with a picture of your wedding bouquet, for example), if you contact me directly.

Copyright- According to British law the copyright of artwork remains the property of Art By Charlotte Elizabeth even after the sale of the work. Therefore Charlotte Elizabeth Heeley retains the copyright for her paintings, and may choose to have a digital copy made before delivery to the client. She is free to use these images at her own discretion. Charlotte Elizabeth respectfully asks that you respect her ownership of the copyright, and that you refrain from making copies of her work. If you would like to use images made from your painting, for example, for stationary, please ask Charlotte Elizabeth about a copyright license. In the event of a client providing photographs for Charlotte Elizabeth to work from, Charlotte Elizabeth will a that work under the understanding that permission has been given by the owner of the copyright for her to use the images as reference for a painting.
